Do you ever feel like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed? A little out of sorts? Maybe with a thundercloud over your head? Perhaps with angst or worry or a sense of foreboding?
You have the power to change this feeling as soon as you become aware of it.
Go to the present moment, the NOW.
God lives in the NOW.
Your energy is in the NOW.
As soon as you feel yourself brooding or fretting. STOP

Find your Opportunity
and make it happen, ie, be Proactive
When you STOP the negative feeling or energy, do a quick meditative breathing:
This should bring you into the moment.
Then scan the world around you and begin counting your blessings
For example: right now, you are alive. Right now, it is raining (good for the earth and your skin) or it is a sunny day (always wonderful), or there is a light breeze, or a wild wind. Right now, you are safe. Right now, you ARE. Be in this luscious moment. Savor the peace of this one moment in time.
When you come to the present -- you are in a sacred moment.
The past has no life energy, no flow -- it is only baggage. The future is not real, it too has no energy. Leave both alone and savor the energy of the moment -- doing so makes it sacred.
During your day -- take as many mindful moments as you can. Even if you are delightfully present, take a moment to luxuriate in it.
Fill your life with sacred moments. There you will find peace. There you will find a positive, life-giving energy flow. There you will find God.
