human BEing

When confusion strikes,
or insecurities cloud your mind, when the pit of your stomach is a-swirl with anxiety:

take several deep cleansing breaths of ruach Yah, and breathe this following meditation from Psalms 46:

Be still and know that I AM
Be still and know
Be still
BE


Breathe a few more focusing breaths and enjoy the state of being in the moment.

just be.
